☀️Commitment Agreement:

  • I choose to genuinely commit to participating in this journey.

  • I will watch all the video materials in the WILDFIT system every week.

  • I will participate in at least 70% of the live Zoom calls.

  • I will check in with my coach at least once a week, either during Zoom calls or in the Facebook group. If I’m not on Facebook, I’ll use email or messaging.

  • I will take photos of myself at the beginning and end of the program.

  • I will measure my body according to the provided guidelines at the beginning and end of the program.
