☀️Commitment Agreement:

I choose to genuinely commit to participating in this journey.

I will watch all the video materials in the WILDFIT system every week.

I will participate in at least 70% of the live Zoom calls.

I will check in with my coach at least once a week, either during Zoom calls or in the Facebook group. If I’m not on Facebook, I’ll use email or messaging.
-
I will take photos of myself at the beginning and end of the program.
-
I will measure my body according to the provided guidelines at the beginning and end of the program.

Deciding to commit is for your own benefit – if you truly focus on yourself and your health for these three months, you'll gain the most from the program.
