My story:
I am a passionate health coach and public speaker. I am also a mechanical engineer and the CEO of an engineering firm. These two passions inspired the concept of the “Lifestyle Engineer.”
I don’t just teach theory; I share everything I’ve experienced and learned during our workshops.
For much of my early life, I ignored my true desires, trying to fit into environments that, despite my efforts, never really accepted me. This caused confusion and heartache. My eating habits were erratic, consuming whatever was available, and I lived every day in total energy depletion, keeping myself going with 12 cups of coffee daily. Movement for me was walking from the office to the car and from the car back home to my computer. Entertainment and friendships? They mostly revolved around daily video games.
Then, one day, I found the strength to start choosing myself, and that’s when the magic happened. I began taking a genuine interest in improving my well-being, changing my food choices, and transforming my life dramatically. Before I knew it, I was experiencing high energy levels daily without external stimulants like coffee, and my productivity skyrocketed.
By choosing the lifestyle that best suited me, I had unknowingly created an environment that welcomed me with open arms, surrounded by communities where I was warmly accepted from day one. I feel ten times better in my body now. So, I know from personal experience that such changes are possible. They’re possible for you, too, and likely much more accessible—because my starting point was really low.
