About me:

I’m a passionate health coach, a bright-eyed public speaker, a mechanical engineer by profession, and a curious explorer of life.

The concept of “Lifestyle Engineering” was born from my two greatest passions — optimizing life and engineering.

I don’t just teach theory — I share everything I’ve lived, tested, and learned firsthand.

For a long time, I lived a life where I ignored my true desires and tried to fit into environments that, despite all my efforts, never really accepted me.

It brought confusion, frustration, and a lot of heartache.

I ate whatever came my way and lived in a constant state of exhaustion, running on 12 cups of coffee a day just to keep going.

Movement for me meant walking from the office to the car, from the car to the computer, and back again.

My idea of entertainment and connection? Daily video games.

At one point, I found the strength to start choosing myself.

And that’s when the magic started.

I became deeply curious about how I could take better care of my own well-being. I changed how I ate, and everything shifted.

Before I knew it, I was experiencing high energy levels every day — without external stimulants like coffee — and my productivity skyrocketed.

By choosing a lifestyle that actually supported me, I unknowingly built an environment around myself that welcomed me with open arms.

I found communities that accepted me from the very first moment.

And I started feeling ten times better in my own body.

So when I say change is possible — I mean it.

I’ve lived it.

And if I could start from where I was… I can promise you: your journey might just be a whole lot easier.
