Harri Parker/ Lifestyle Engineer, Certified Coach

My story:

I am a passionate health coach and a bright-eyed public speaker, by profession a mechanical engineer and the CEO of an engineering firm. It’s from these two passions that the concept of the Lifestyle Engineer was born.

I don’t just teach theory; I share with you everything I’ve experienced and learned myself in this workshop.

For a large part of my life, I ignored my true desires and tried to fit into environments that, despite all my efforts, simply wouldn’t accept me. This brought a lot of confusion and heartache. I ate whatever was convenient, lived every day in total energy depletion, and kept myself going with 12 cups of coffee a day. Movement, for me, meant walking from the office to the car and from the car to my computer at home, and my social life revolved around daily video games.

At one point, I found the strength to choose myself, and that’s when the magic started happening. I began to take genuine interest in how I could improve my own well-being, made changes to my food choices, and my life transformed dramatically. Before I knew it, I started experiencing high energy levels every day, without external stimulants like coffee, and my productivity skyrocketed.

By choosing the lifestyle that worked best for me, I had unknowingly created an environment that welcomed me with open arms and social circles where I felt embraced from day one. I now feel ten times better in my body. So, from personal experience, I know that these changes are possible—and probably much easier for you, because my starting point was incredibly, incredibly low.
