Why am I the right coach for you?
Because I’ve been through it all myself!!
My journey to becoming a health coach has been nothing short of transformational. As a child, I went through severe bullying at school, which led to years of depression and even suicidal thoughts. Then, in 2020, I decided to try changing my diet. At first, I was skeptical — but with nothing left to lose, I gave it a shot. That one seemingly small step became the catalyst for a life-changing transformation. Today, I’m healthier and happier than I’ve ever been — and because of everything I’ve lived through, I feel deeply called to guide others on their own path of healing and change.
How can I support you?
I’m a unique blend of engineering and health lifestyle coaching.
By day, I’m a certified mechanical engineer and the CEO of an engineering firm. Inspired by my two greatest passions — engineering and a health-supportive lifestyle — I’ve also become a health coach with a spark in my eyes for supporting those who want to make healthier food choices. My favorite topic is the direct connection between nutrition and mental well-being. Alongside my coaching certification and over four years of experience, what truly strengthens my work is my own personal transformation story — the one I shared just above.
