Options for Participation:

Experienced Participants (you’ve fasted at least once before: We’ll embark on a 3-day water fast together.

First-Timers (you’ve never fasted before): We’ll do a green smoothie fast together.
Listen to your body! You can always choose a shorter fasting period—the minimum recommendation is 24 hours, and the maximum is 84 hours (three days and four nights).
From me, to support your journey:

A private group for journey participants, where I share additional information about fasting and provide ongoing support.

Daily Zoom calls (Thu - Mon) at 1 PM New York Time (8 PM Tallinn Time), lasting 1 hour.
