If you’ve never fasted before, don’t worry—we have a beginner-friendly version just for you!
Options for Participation:
-
Experienced Participants (you’ve fasted at least once before: We’ll embark on a 3-day water fast together.
-
First-Timers (you’ve never fasted before): We’ll do a green smoothie fast together.

Listen to your body! You can always choose a shorter fasting period—the minimum recommendation is 24 hours, and the maximum is 84 hours (three days and four nights).
From me, to support your journey:

A private group for journey participants, where I share additional information about fasting and provide ongoing support.

Daily Zoom calls (Thu-Sun) at 1:00 PM NYT, lasting 1 hour.

Comprehensive information about fasting.

Tips and recommendations for entering and exiting the fast.
Your contribution:

A decision to commit and be truly present in this experience (including participation in the group and Zoom calls).

If you choose the smoothie fast, you’ll also need a good blender capable of handling celery.
