About me:

I am a passionate health coach, a bright-eyed public speaker, a mechanical engineer by profession, and a curious explorer of life. My two great passions—lifestyle hacking and engineering—have given birth to the concept of the Lifestyle Engineer.

I don’t just teach theory; I share everything I’ve experienced and learned firsthand in my workshops.

 

For a large part of my earlier life, I ignored my true desires and tried to fit into environments that, no matter how hard I tried, wouldn’t accept me. This led to confusion, heartbreak, and unhealthy habits. I ate whatever came my way, lived in a constant state of low energy, and survived each day on 12 cups of coffee. Physical activity was limited to walking from my office to my car and back to my computer at home. My version of entertainment and social life revolved around daily gaming sessions.

At one point, I found the strength to choose myself, and that’s when the miracles started happening. I began taking genuine interest in improving my well-being, made significant changes to my diet, and watched as my life transformed completely. Before I knew it, I was experiencing a natural high energy level daily, without relying on external stimulants like coffee, and my productivity skyrocketed.

 

By choosing a lifestyle that truly suited me, I unintentionally created an environment that embraced me wholeheartedly. I found communities where I was warmly welcomed from the very first moment and started feeling ten times better in my own body. From personal experience, I know these transformations are possible—and likely easier for you, as my starting point was incredibly low.
