Welcome to Your 8-Day Free Journey
“Guilt-Free Holidays”
21.12 - 27.12.2025
You keep making promises to yourself to “be good during the holidays”…
and yet you still find yourself sprawled on the couch with an overfull belly, beating yourself up, feeling disappointed and defeated —
gritting your teeth and promising that “I’ll start again in the new year,”
only to arrive on January 2nd and realize you’re standing in exactly the same place.
⛔️ If you’re fed up with this vicious cycle, you’re warmly invited to join here:

Choose a different holiday experience this year!
If you recognized yourself in that description, the first thing I want you to understand is this:
IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT. It’s not your fault — but it is your choice and your responsibility to give yourself the opportunity for a different experience.
On this journey you will gain clarity and answers to questions that concern not only you but so many others as well:
✅ Why do you tend to overeat and/or drink too much alcohol during the holidays?
✅ What is the secret to feeling good and how can you find ease even when eating foods you secretly tell yourself “I shouldn’t be eating this”?
✅ How can you enjoy a satisfying holiday meal without battling guilt at the same time?
✅ Why is it so hard to say “no” to food lovingly prepared by people you care about and how are your emotional state and childhood experiences connected to all of this?
What the journey includes:
✅ Zoom meeting with Coach Harri on Sunday, December 21 from 2 PM New York time (9 PM Tallinn time)
✅ Zoom meeting with Coach Harri on Sunday, December 27 from 2 PM New York time (9 PM Tallinn time)
✅ A daily 10–15 minute short video and a daily focus task shared in our WhatsApp group (7 videos in total)
✅ Information, support, guidance, and reflections from Coach Harri during the group calls
✅ The opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions during the Zoom meetings
This is an opportunity to move through the holiday season together with people navigating similar challenges, to feel supported, stay focused, and be inspired by the experiences and shares of others.

My story:
I am a passionate health coach, a bright-eyed public speaker, a mechanical engineer by profession, and a curious explorer of life. From my two passions — lifestyle hacking and engineering — the concept of the Lifestyle Engineer was born.
I don’t just teach theory; in my workshops I share everything I have personally experienced and learned.
For a large part of my earlier life, I lived ignoring my true desires, trying to fit into environments that, despite all my efforts, never truly accepted me. This led to a great deal of confusion and heartache. I ate whatever was available, lived every day in a state of total energy depletion, and kept myself going with a daily intake of around 12 cups of coffee. Movement for me meant walking from the office to the car and from the car to the computer at home — and back again. Entertainment and social life were largely replaced by daily computer games.
At one point, I found the strength within myself to choose myself, and from there, things began to change in remarkable ways. I became genuinely curious about how I could improve my own well-being, made changes to my food choices, and my life transformed dramatically. Before I even realized it, I was experiencing high daily energy levels without external stimulants like coffee, and my everyday productivity increased significantly.
By choosing a lifestyle that truly suited me, I unknowingly created an environment around myself that welcomed me with open arms — communities where I was warmly accepted from the very first moment. I feel ten times better in my body today. That’s how I know, from personal experience, that these kinds of changes are possible. Possible — and most likely even easier for you, because my own starting point was very, very low.
