Welcome to my homepage! I am Harri Parker, a young man from Tallinn, Estonia, and I am delighted to have you here.
My journey has been one of transformation - from battling depression to living a happy life. Through changing my nutrition, I took responsibility for my life, and it changed everything for me. As a certified WILDFIT coach, I'm on a mission to help you achieve the same.
My passion for public speaking stems from the opportunity to inspire others. Sharing my personal growth story and insights is incredibly fulfilling, and I cherish every moment of it. I believe that public speaking is a powerful tool for creating a positive impact in the world. By encouraging others to follow in my footsteps, I hope to inspire them to reach their full potential and create a better future for themselves and those around them.
In recognition of my speaking prowess, I was voted one of the Top Speakers at Paradigm X, where I secured third place through public vote. Additionally, I have completed Speaker Academy.
I'm a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (EQF level 8) and an Executive leader in a small engineering company. I love solving complex challenges and believe there is a solution to every challenge. I am practically good at making systems and structures, moreover finding ways to improve is always gratifying and using my coaching expertise I am able to be an effective team leader.

WILDFIT is a three-month lifestyle program that focuses on understanding what we eat and why we eat it. Unlike other diets, it is not restrictive and allows individuals to eat whatever they want while focusing on listening to their body and understanding how different foods make them feel. The program includes weekly enhancements, and adjustments can be made to accommodate different dietary needs or sensitivities. WILDFIT is suitable for all individuals, including children and pregnant women, as it is a lifestyle and not a diet.
